An AI workspace for you and your team.

Easily turn files, meetings, and shared knowledge into finished work, collaborative apps, and repeatable workflows.

Inside your workspace

An AI helper for every team member.

Use our packing instructions to get the new fulfillment team ready for their first shift.

What your helper can do
  • Research and calculations alongside editable Word documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and PDFs.
  • Image, video, speech, and music generation combined with your files and instructions.
  • Authorized work on websites and connected services, plus code changes, tests, and pull requests in connected GitHub repositories.
  • Different models, tools, and specialists work together in the cloud. Tasks can continue after your laptop closes.

Apps built by your helper

Software your team can work in.

Ask for a useful tool. Your team can use it together, with shared records your helper can work from too.

What makes a North app different
  • Hosting, member access, shared records, and file storage come with the app. Your team and your helper can work with the same data.
  • Interactive 3D, Google Maps, and collaborative documents support richer tools alongside forms and tables.
  • Reviewed Workflows can prepare connected-service data for shared apps. Personal App actions can start their author’s Workflows.
  • Linked files and tables retain their own access settings. Sharing an app does not share your connected accounts.

Meetings

Meet here. Leave with useful notes.

Meet online or transcribe an in-person conversation. Keep the discussion available for the work that follows.

  • Audio, video, and screen sharing
  • Reusable links for members and guests
  • Private in-person transcription
From conversation to the next task
  • Saved transcripts and recaps become searchable sources for later Helper work. Meeting audio and video recordings are not stored.
  • Reusable invitation links support repeat meetings. External guests request admission to each online session.
  • Online notes initially grant access to the host and participating North members. In-person notes stay private unless shared.

Workflows

Good work, ready to run again.

Decide what to read, what to check, and what happens next. Run the reviewed process on demand or on a schedule.

  • Current records and connected services
  • Rules and AI checks before action
  • Save results or start a Helper task
How workflows run
  • When reads your chosen sources. Check combines rules with optional AI judgment. Do acts on the result.
  • Save results to Drive or Tables, or hand work to a separate Helper task for research, analysis, and creation.
  • Current permissions apply. A separate Helper task handles its own approvals and Stop; turning off the Workflow does not stop that task.

Drive

Keep useful knowledge in reach.

Keep source material and finished work together so your helper can build on what your team already knows.

  • Documents, images, audio, and video
  • Relevant sources for future work
  • Current business records alongside files
How saved work becomes useful context
  • Supported files are processed into searchable passages, image descriptions, audio transcripts, and video chapters.
  • Your helper can find relevant material, inspect its source, and read current business records.

Collaborative

A teammate’s decision becomes your next starting point.

Shared plans, records, and decisions give each person’s helper a common starting point.

  • Personal task conversations stay private
  • Share useful knowledge and working tools
  • History and recovery where supported
Sharing, history, and working together
  • Each person has their own helper and private task conversations. Shared files, Apps, records, and editable Memory let their work build on a common foundation.
  • Workspace sharing gives members view and edit access to the item. Linked resources keep their own access settings.
  • Files and Apps also support public links.
  • Checks catch conflicting edits, and supported App documents let people edit together. Version history and Trash support recovery for eligible content.

Simple

Easy to use. You stay in control.

North handles the models and workspace infrastructure. You steer the work and choose what your helper can do.

  • Set your helper’s permissions
  • Review, redirect, or stop work
  • Inspect recorded actions and outcomes
Your controls and workspace boundaries
  • Members choose supported On, Ask, and Off permissions. Workspace owners can restrict services and capabilities.
  • Review approval requests and a record of actions and outcomes. Stopping work does not reverse completed actions.
  • Dedicated workspace databases and storage hold business tables, App documents, and original files. Security details
